Andrew DeRamus

Managing Partner

  • At Rock Capital Partners in Oklahoma City, my ambition as a Partner is fueled by a drive to expand the portfolio quickly with positive impacts to all Involved. This ambition isn't only about scaling; it's about setting the standard for positive outcomes across the board.

    With this ethos we have grown to manage and own over 120 homes, three apartment complexes, and two shopping centers valued at $38 million. Our strategy is designed to ensure that tenants, vendors, and investors not only benefit from our operations but also become part of a legacy of excellence and shared prosperity for generations to come.

    My leadership foundation was built in the Air Force, where | commanded air combat operations across various global theaters, earning multiple decorations for leadership and mission effectiveness.

    Beyond my professional pursuits, l am a devoted husband of 16 years and a father to three wonderful children. I find joy in my faith, family, and many thrill-seeking hobbies of adventure and travel.

Matthew Hodge

Managing Partner

  • A seasoned real estate professional, family man, and outdoor enthusiast. With a solid background in academics, applied mathematics, and direct strategic implementation, Matthew ventured into real estate in 2016, bringing his unique perspective to the industry.

    Beyond the boardroom, Matthew finds joy in the great outdoors, whether hiking scenic trails, carving up the slopes on skis, or tackling challenging crossword puzzles and strategy games.

    As a guiding force at Rock Property Group, Matthew co-leads a dynamic multi-asset-class buying team and serves as broker overseeing RPG’s real estate services.

    Off-duty, Matthew treasures quality time with his wife and three children, embodying dedication, integrity, and a touch of fun in all aspects of his life and work.

Ted Holmes

Managing Partner

  • Ted is a co-founder of Rock Property Group and is primarily responsible for leading Rock's commercial investments. He's driven by big goals and a commitment to excellence, reshaping the industry with integrity and a keen eye for detail. His strategy has led Rock to manage a diverse asset portfolio successfully, emphasizing operational excellence, transparency, and top-notch customer service. 

    Along with his endeavors at Rock, Ted has had a 15-year background in commercial brokerage, specializing in hotels. Ted has a been involved in over $500 million worth of real estate transactions. His experience at Rock, combined with working closely with many of the nation's leading investment and management firms, informs his approach at Rock.

    Beyond his professional life, Ted loves traveling, skiing, fly-fishing, and relaxing by the beach. He's a Red Sox and Oklahoma State fan, a devoted husband, father, and active member of his church and community. 

Carla Richardson

Area Property Manager

  • Carla is RPG’s Area Property Manager. She oversees all property management functions across the company including commercial, residential, and multifamily communities. She brings over 20 years of Real Estate experience including multifamily and single family property management. Carla is a proud Air Force and Navy mom who enjoys landscaping and rooting for her daughter’s soccer team.
